Jennifer Rodriguez

Southern California real estate has always been in Jennifer's blood as she comes from a family that has deep roots in property investment in the area for over forty years. Jennifer herself has been an investor here since 2005.

Jennifer has actively represented buyers, sellers, lessees and lessors. She is a down-to-earth people person, who believes in forging bonds of friendship with everyone with whom she comes into contact. Her goal is always to get her clients what they want and to be there with them from beginning to end.

Jennifer serves all of Southern California with a specialization in Orange County. She is intimately acquainted with the most desirable communities in Irvine, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Laguna Beach and all of the surrounding cities.

In addition, Jennifer brings to the table financial expertise. Before getting into real estate, she worked for several years in the mortgage industry for both GE Mortgage Insurance and Lehman Brothers Small Business Finance.

Jennifer's spirit of service is informed by her active involvement in her community. She and her husband have been Woodbridge residents for seventeen years, where they are raising two beautiful daughters. She is currently the PTA President at Lakeside Middle School, has served in many different Board positions at Stone Creek Elementary School, was a dedicated youth soccer coach for eight years, the youth basketball commissioner for two years, and a Girl Scout leader for six years.

To everything she does, Jennifer Rodriguez brings the charm of the Midwest and Texas, where she spent her formative years and earned a degree in Applied Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Austin.
